I'll talk about any or all of the following:

	o KDE's fish protocol
	o FlightGear
	o JSBSim (could combine with FlightGear above)
	o Low Cost Wireless Music Solution for the Home (I'll even bring the
	  hardware :-)
	o Linux Games (freeware/open source)
	o Linux Games (commercial)
	o Real-Time Linux
	o Embedded Linux (the preview version)
