New Meeting location reserved for July 27th.

Deborah Jacques has reserved a new meeting place for July 27 in the main
lounge in E. Moore Hall.  This is the building across the road from the
Mountainlair.

Directions:

The lounge is the central area in E. Moore--you enter the front door,
and there it is!  E. Moore should be easy for everyone to find--it's
directly across from the stairs between the Mountainlair and Stewart
Hall, and has a flowerbed in the middle of the sidewalk.  -Deborah

Amenities:

A wireless router will be up & available.  There's a long table with
room for probably 12 or so, plus another table, 2 big round tables, some
small study desk type things, a couch, a loveseat, some stuffed chairs.
  In addition, there's balcony room on both sides.  -Deborah

Summary:

This is a really large room so lack of space will not be an issue.
Please mark the change of location on your calendar.  Bear in mind this
is a temporary solution until we find enough students to create an
official student organization who will maintain a permanent meeting
location.

To goal now is to have a flyer ready to distribute to students and the
community by the end of this week.  Locations to put flyers would
include coffee shops, WVU buildings, etc.

If anyone can work on creating a flyer by the end of this week, that
would be greatly appreciated!
