If I speak, I would prefer to have a LCD projector or overhead.  I can get
away without if necessary.  I would not try to present too much information if
we expect to have a lot of new people who may not have a lot of Linux
experience.  I would recommend one or two speakers and a short time frame; no
more than 1/2 an hour.  The remainder of the time can be spent in free form
discussion answering questions.  Those who do not wish to stay are not forced
to sit through a long presentation.

Are there any plans to give away CDs?  I can bring some Knoppix CDs and
TheOpenCDs.  I'm not sure how many we might need, but it would be cool to be
able to give one or the other to each new attendee.  If anyone else is
interested in bringing CDs, be sure to print up a nice label as well.  I have
high-quality labels for the above.  A CD with a a marker label, while good in
most cases, does not make a good first impression.
