Andrei, I'm wondering why you don't just have a gnupg key-signing with
your attorney, and then email your confidential documents encrypted with
his/her public key and signed with your key?

Talking about signing, I thought I'd add an unrelated tidbit to this
discussion.  On the spam front at openspf.org "additional kinds of
policies are planned for future versions of SPF//, such as asserting
that all of a domain's outgoing mail is/ ///signed."
