It's a ridiculously delayed reply, but I just was busy with other things.
The reason is that other people are not well familiar with encripted mail. I
can ask the potential sponsrs to do some extra operations, like
installing/using encripting software, etc. I already ask them for a favor to
look at my proposal, and consider it for funding. My communication with them
should be as semless as possible.

However, I like the idea of electronic signature.
