Re: IRC access problems?

Andrew,

IRC has in fact been blocked at WVU.  I'm doing what I can to apply 
pressure to get it re-enabled but the process is going slowly.  Welcome 
to bureaucracy.  The good news is I think there is hope to get IRC 
re-enabled.  The bad news is I think it is going to take months.
