Evolution-data-server is your problem, it is the back end which stores 
calendar and contact data for Evolution so that other applications (such 
as the panel calendar applet) can access it. Unfortunately, you can't 
just remove the package as most of Gnome depends on it.

My advice would be to reinstall Evolution, remove the offending 
calendars and then remove Evolution again.
