I'm using Clam under qmail-scanner for inbound mail.  Works like a charm.

There have been a couple DOS vulns come up against Clam the last month or
two... I'd plan on keeping the software up to date in addition to keeping
the defs up to date.

On a somewhat related topic, I've been giving CRM114 a workout as a spam
filter thanks to Paco's suggestion at the last meeting.  It kicks major
ass & I'd strongly suggest giving it a try if you're setting up a new
server.
