The "unnamed person at PTP" thought it was PLUG because OSCON wrote
down PLUG.  I asked him to confirm it was PLUG and not PDXLUG and he
did.  I told him I thought it was unlikely and checked with PLUG folks
and they confirmed it couldn't be PLUG because they'd done nothing to
that stage to arrange a booth.
