I am personally not very familiar with having files burned into a CD
but maybe you could use this as a reference?

Tama po si sir rick. Nagawa ko po ito sa BeatriX, isang distribution
na derivative ng Ubuntu. Kunsabagay po, sa lahat ng debian-based
diostro po, pupuwede po itong gawin.

Eto p step-by-step na ginagawa ko:

1. Gamit kayo ng isang computer na may Debian-based distro na
installed (prefferably yung distro na gusto niong gamitin sa bahay.
Kung Ubuntu ang nasa bahay nio, Ubuntu po sana gamitin ninyo sa
paggawa na ito.)

2. Siguraduhin an meron kayong dpkg-dev na package na installed sa
inyong kompyuter. Kung wala, i-invoke ang command na ito (bilang root
user):

apt-get install dpkg-dev

2. I-download ang mga packages na gustong i-install. Kung gusto
ninyong kunin lahat ng dependencies, ok lang siguro na apt-get install
sa pc na ginagamit for this instruction, tapos, tingnan na lang ang
/var/cache/apt/archives.

3. Gumawa ng directory kahit saan. Itago natin ito sa pangalang "Polder".

4. Pumunta sa folder na iyon (e.g. cd /home/kabayo/Polder)

5. I-invoke ang command na ito: (sa loob ng "Polder")

ln -s /var/cache/apt/archives archives

o

ln -s {folder ng mga dinownload na packages} {isang pangalang kaaya-aya}

Gumagawa po ito ng symlink sa Polder.

6. I-invoke ang susunod na command:

dpkg-scanpackages archives /dev/null | gzip -9c > Packages.gz

7. Ihanda ang CD burner.

8. Gumawa ng sumusunod na folder sa ibu-burn na CD:
Ubuntu
Ubuntu/archives
Ubuntu/{yung kaaya-ayang pangalan}

9. Ibagsak sa mga folder na ito ang mga files sa karampatang folders
(e.g. kung nasa archives, ilagay sa Ubuntu/archives... and sso on)

10. Ilagay ang Packages.gz sa Ubuntu na folder.

11. I-burn...

Pag-uwi po ng inyong bahay o opisina (umuuwi sa opisina?), gawin ang sumusunod:

1. apt-cdrom add (bilang root)
2. Bigyan ng pangalan ang CD
3. I-congratulate ang sarili (yehey!!)

Anyway. Pakisabi na lang po kung may mali dito. Salamat po.
