It looks like it's not a package problem, but a settings problem ;) look at the line below, it is looking for your DVD at /dev/hdb1 !!! open Xine, and then right-click on the screen, and then go to settings. go to media tab, and scroll down until you find the device entry for dvd. It should point to a valid DVD drive (e.g. /dev/hdd). Save your changes and try again.
