May 2001 to August 2001 was a tough time to be in the market and that
was after being in the market for 4 years, I can't even imagine what
its like now.  The only job offers I got (2 on the same day after 4
months or so) were through personal contacts.  I got my first cold
call in 6 months at home, so things might be improving, but I feel for
you man.
