In this economy, people should want your business.
On Wednesday, I too will need to look for a small
run of tee shirts. I haven't decided between one
color printing and two color printing. Generally,
the more screens the more expensive it is.

I used to silkscreen my own shirts from scratch,
either using an exacto blade to cut out the film
or by using a darkroom and high-contrast lithography
to turn artwork or photos into film. Either way,
then you melt the film into the fabric that you've
stretched over a wooden frame (cheap to make).
Then you just need a squeegee and inks and
what you want to get the images on. I'd do it
myself if I had time, but I haven't had time in
years...

Please let me know what you find and I will do the same.
I want good quality shirts. I have only a small batch.
