I'm using Speakeasy as my ISP (with Covad as the DSL backhaul guys)
and I've been extremely happy for going on three years.  They are
server and linux friendly and have been very responsive when I've had
to call tech support.  My wife and I are in the process of moving to a
new house, and I'll reup with speakeasy once we're in the new place.
I strongly recommend them.

It actually feels funny calling speakeasy my ISP as I really don't
depend on them for anything except the connection and reverse DNS.
Horray for your own mail/dns/web/etc servers.

Anyway, as far as negative reports go, you can't please all of the
people all of the time so every ISP will have "at least some negative
feedback" on a site like dslreports.
