Amen :)   I have dabbled with Win 7with my client's laptops to do
minor admin things.   Keeping user data under \users was a move in the
right direction but from the responses here looks like it was half
baked; the not invented here syndrome (NIH).

In the next version, perhaps it will be fixed and called "innovation"

Perhaps there is a solution.
