Vis-a-vis location:  the Chicago Computer Society used to hold their
West Suburban chapter meets at the downtown Naperville Public Library.
  The Library used to have a room (lower level) which could seat about
25-30 people.  Not sure if the facility is still available.

Might be worthwhile to check it out.
