OT: TinyURL=SPAM?

Lately, it seems whenever I send an email that includes a tinyurl link,
it gets bounced back saying the message contained objectionable content
or SPAM.  Initially I thought it was due to the fact I sent it to
everybody in the BCC field and the TO field blank (some people always
feel compelled to "reply all" on emails).
I got one today that was sent to a single person and the name was in the
To field.  I have also had people tell me that they did get the message,
even though I got a bounce back.

Has anyone else noticed this?
