My contractor didn't say. The price he quoted was higher than I expected so he may be. OTOH, I did map out 1-2 jacks per room for flexibility so that I can rearrange furniture later as the situation requires, so 12 lines total for the house. I'm pretty sure I won't be exceeding any distance limitations as it's only a single family home. Cook and Dupage counties are conduit by code.
