If you really need to run more cable, you can tape 2 runs to the cat6 that
is there and use it to pull the 2 new runs.  You lose the original run, but
get 2 new ones in return.  Or if you are sure you don't need the coax, use
it to pull a cat 6 cable in its place.

I have 1 cat6 cable going to my second floor feeding a mythtv front-end, my
desktop, and the file-server, and have not had any problems with streaming
video.
