if you don't like being in France, they offer a completely separate
Baltimore-based operation under Uncle Sam's laws.  don't worry, they're
serving French fries and French toast as of the summer of 2006 in
restaurants and snack bars run by the House of Representatives [though fries
are actually from Belgium].

gandi can obfuscate your email, but not your name, for personal accounts, at
least in France.

p.s. for the domain registrars that i said failed, they didn't fail by
disclosing information, they failed by not forwarding email.
