I have Wide Open West (WOW) for my provider and have no problems with my
IPcop firewall.
You may want to check them out and consider switching.  When they do switch
to all digital cable next month the basic cable will be unencypted so any TV
with a QAM tuner will work, so no converter box needed, unless you want pay
channels or expanded basic.
