I would think that the floor space of the main room at CBV is about half the 
size of the church internal area.  It has been a while since I visited the 
inside of the church building though, so I may be mistaken.

The kitchen room at CBV is quite large, but very separate from the main 
room.  There is also a workbench type room which could be handy, but not for 
the main meeting use; it may also be an issue if the equipment is left out 
overnight although there is a storage room.  If the workbench area is 
cleared up with equipment going into the storage room then that may make 
that area useable.
