Andrew McGlashan is a darn nice person I don't care what anybody says! Thanks for having a look. I know that site well. The ltmodem--8.26.blah works up to k-2.4.2o but the build module script spits the dummy on 2.4.26 source with an error message saying to use ltmodem-8.30.blah. Googled into some lists when looking for it and that site is referred to as source for the 8.30 tarball nut its no longer there. The 8.31 tarball as I read it is for Debian although perhaps "Debian binary build fixed" means they fixed the Debian script and upgraded it to .31 to denote a maintenance upgrade. Suppose I'll download it anyway and see. > Found this for you through google: > http://www.physcip.uni-stuttgart.de/heby/ltmodem/#sources > <snip> -- Cheers, Rick Miles Movement stopped is no movement, and rest set in motion is no rest.
