Thanks for those two replies. I haven't had time to look closely but it seems 
that disability discrimination is the closest to law as it gets but it seems 
that it would be to do with denial of access to those disabled and that a 
link to sites only useable with specific proprietary software only is not 
clearly defined and would only be by implication that it such a site denies 
access.
