Well, I haven't gone 64 bit yet, but from what I've read and peoples' personal stories, I'd go for the AMD. Theyr x64 technology seems to be ahead of Intel's, and Intel are just playing catch up. My main system is currently a P4 2.8HGz machine and that runs well. I've also had better experience with Inten than AMD in the 32 bit (P4 class) space, but for 64 bits, give me an AMD. :) 73 de VK3JED http://vkradio.com
