Yes, I've Debian testing up and running, although the repositories 
haven't been fully propagated yet but thats more the small non 
mainstream apps., I think, as I don't use it as my main workspace yet.

I can't comment on stable or unstable, although I think that's where the 
main effort has been focused.

IMO, I can't see any major problems with running with it.
