Exetel?  Yuck.  Poor support and inflexible reps.

Go Internode if you want high quality with an only slightly higher
price tag.  I'm in an ADSL2+ area so < 24 mbps is coming soon.  That
with their extensive mirrors will get me a Debian netinstall in ~ 3
minutes!  I don't even have to set up a local mirror to roll them out.
