My computer is running 130-140 Watts with the 17" LCD monitor off and 160-180 Watts with the Monitor on. Other accessories included in the above power consumption are a 13W fluorescent desk lamp, phone, answering machine, 7" LCD TV, Wireless router and two inkjet printers in standby. All this is powered by a 450W inverter fed from two Trojan T-105 6V batteries (225 Amp hour). The batteries are charged by a 75W solar panel.
