Yea.  Even with the typical rule of thumb at least 2:1 capacity over
nominal load, 200w draw means 400w power supply.
The motherboard maker and GPU maker suggest at least 500w
for this system.  To be safe, I got 800w, since
I have two CPU's and might add another GPU later.
I most likely could have been OK with a more common,
cheaper, $150 box with integrated 680W supply.

I did note that when I turned up the brightness on my 24" LCD,
its draw went from 40w to 60w.
The system draw raised about 15w when I started playing arena
(GPU use).
