I'm working on a new, small, piece of niche software.
Any suggestions on how to get it into a public open source
repository?
Can I just join SourceForge, and start a new project?
The main thing I want is some sort of public configuration
management server (SVN? CVS? GIT?) with a little security.
Someplace where I can grant some people privilege to update
the software, with public read-only access.
This is hard to do on my public WWW service
provider.
