fax over VOIP

I connected a VOIP service to mynetfone, it all works well;
somewhere on mynetfone it says they support fax as well, and, initially, I
was able to send faxes over voip with no problems

now that I tried sending some more faxes, my fax dials, but, logs 'no
answer' and the fax doesn't go

I'll check it more thoroughly, but, meanwhile, if anyone has any tips
about fax and voip, I'd appreciate hearing that

Linksys 3102 seems to recognize it's a fax and has this:
