I recall that there were a number of people at LCA this year who worked at Optus, so I figure that perhaps they might be reading slug-chat. Optus' news-server has not been receiving any new posts since sometime on Monday or Tuesday, and the natives are getting restless, after being given the run-around by the helldesk: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-replies.cfm?t=958464 Anyone know when it's likely to be fixed (and, as a matter of interest, being someone who was once a sysadmin for a similar sized ISP, what's gone wrong)?
