Actually, there is one club, the Australian Associated Computer Club, 
which meets at Narara Valley High School each Wednesday (other than the 
fifth Wednesday of the month) at 7.00 p.m. The third Wednesday is a 
"Linux" meeting and the fourth is (or used to be) devoted to "free" 
software (which may, or may not, be Free software).

Unfortunately, a recent Palace coup saw virtually all Linux users, 
including the Club's founder, leave in disgust. As a result the "Linux 
meeting" is, IMNSHO, now very much a case of the blind leading the 
lame. I am afraid that most of the "information" imparted at these 
sessions is either misleading or just plain wrong.

Danny, if you wish to start up a LUG on the Central Coast I believe 
that there are probably half a dozen or so who would be very 
interested. But, be warned, they are very gun-shy.
