TPG has a nice page that shows all their users, how far they are from
the exchange and what sort of speeds they get.

It can give you a good indication to the sort of speed you should
expect. So if I click on Ryde exchange and put a mark on Denistone
East, near the top, which is about 2kms away. I see that the average
speed is about 7Mbps which means you are doing pretty well.

20Mbps assumes you are fairly close to the exchange. I've seen 22Mbps
but that was right next door to an exchange. Right now I get about
19.3Mbps but I'm 400m from my exchange.

Something to keep in mind when choosing your next place to live :)

That's about 6Mbps so not too bad.
