I would say it isn't them blocking it, they don't block much, and they didn't signup for conroy's filter. Do a traceroute and we can compare it with our working ones. Use something like ctunnel.com to check if it is up. I heard TPB sold out so they may not be up anymore till the new owners redevlop the site.
