networked game sites in city needed

If you don't ask you don't get.

Scouts Australia needs of some city sites with power and room for about
1000 kids a day to wander in, so street level, for free or very cheap
rent.  This would be in the CDB end of town, not central station end. 

This would happen early January for 14 days including the weekend.
This is for 13,000 Australian Scouts and they are running a wide game
with computers at locations in the city.  Of course there is no budget
for anything fancy so if you have something to offer please let me know.

If there is someone with hooks into google we need a networked office
for the admin people :-)  Cheap accommodation with network access in
early January would be great.

Any suggestions for cheap accommodation in the city for the managing
team.  Perhaps someone can rent their inner city home for a couple of
weeks and even go somewhere else.  These are all oldies so they are
pretty safe.

PS:  Yes of course there is Linux and FOSS content.

PPS:  If I can vouch for you, I need some help in the city during this
time.  If you can help please let me know. Knowledge of network and
computers would be very handy if things go wrong.
