Can anybody recommend a data cabler?

Hi all I have recently moved into a unit in Sydney, and would like to get some data cabling done from one room to another. I would like to run some ethernet from one bedroom (my office), to the living area, for TV/multimedia use, and for a VoIP device. Does anybody know an appropriately licensed data cabler that they can recommend? Yes I am aware that the cabling will be around the floor/skirting/door frames, but if white conduit is used, this will not be a problem.
