The scary thing is that they are going to block URL's (pretty pointless if you are trying to stop 
pedophiles and terrorists) but nobody is allowed to know what or who is ON their black list. 
Apparently they are worried that we will be corrupted by the URL itself. Or maybe they are worried 
we will all rush off to New Zealand armed with a laptop and the naughty list, thus getting corrupted 
more efficiently.

I would be far more comforted if there was a publicly available list of blocked sites. I believe 
iinet pulled out of the trial in part because harmless sites were being blocked.

They could be blocking anything and we would never know. Communist China anyone?
