using a simple DMM, under power, at the peripheral power connector,
I get 12.15 and 5.17

once I unplug m/b, and, power up 'idle', I get at m/b connector:
3.41, 5.27, 5.10, 11.88
11.13, 4.63

but, peripheral power connector now also gives below 12v, and, once
mainboard plugged in, peripheral connector goes back to 12.15

then I compared to another PSU, and, got similar readings as above,

so, I guess this should be tested under load ? but where do I clip meter to ?
