does data performance or a test like speednet gets greatly affected if
device is moving ?

today and yesterday I run multiple speednet test whilst on Sydney bus, got
woefull results, when I got off, re-run, got like:

moving d/u/p (kbps,kbps,ms)
-----------------
Umts 2078/318/107
Hspa 1573/563/150
Hspa 1702/772/108

stopped d/u/p
------------------
Hspa 8415/1272/106
Umts 8298/994/108
Hspa 8320/1256/108

yesterday was even worse, though ping was better:
720/741/79
818/65/82
4645/308/78

(oops, just realized each test seems to drag about 10MB, better stop
before my data pack all leaks out)

it's Telstra.
so I finally will become reliant on Microsoft. oh well, if it works better.
