[activities] Current Constitution location?

I mentioned this in an earlier email on which I CCed you, but it's
important enough to break out into its own thread.

Firstly: Where can I obtain a copy of the current constitution?
http://slug.org.au/search/node/constitution shows no results. The
wiki, on http://wiki.slug.org.au/2009agm, links to
http://wiki.slug.org.au/activeconstitution as being the current
constitution. However, that constitution does not contain the changes
in http://wiki.slug.org.au/changes_to_the_process_of_becoming_a_member?rev=1178537827&do=diff,
which (as far as I recall) were voted in at the last election.

I'm sure that there is a current copy somewhere;

requires that the public officer lodge notice of changes to the
constitution with the Director-General of the Department of Fair
Trading within one month of the change being made - so someone must
have made a copy of the new constitution in order to do this.
