In retrospect, it could have stayed a draft, sure.
I was/am really quite bitter and angry at the whole situation, especially
the attempt to ruin someone elses advancement (regardless of my relationship
with that person) in the SLUG community, however dismal that may be.

I find it appaling and spiteful, and I didn't help the situation in my last
email but there's not much I can do about that now.
I really love it when everyone gets along and there's nobody sitting around
playing the high-card in such a small community that needs everything but
that kind of attitude.

>From around 2004 when I first joined SLUG I've seen my fair share of feuds
but none of the instigators were so persistent with needing to show their
indivuadlity and beleifs with everyone (in such a pro-feminist way). I just
showed mine for the first and last time in this context, and I overreacted.

My bad, but the issue isn't resolved, and untill it is, more and more people
are going to learn that #slug is either the place to idle or the place to
avoid.
I'll continue helping out newcomers and being friendly to people that have a
bit of decency and respect.
