[activities] Committee nomination: Patrick Elliott-Brennan for OCM

I'd like to nominate Patrick Elliott-Brennan for an Ordinary Committee
Member (OCM) position. Patrick has been of great service to SLUG in a
number of ways in the past year, including:

  * producing videos of our talks
  * giving a talk on Linux multimedia
  * leading and participating in the SLUGlets and Linux Multimedia BoFs
  * other general assistance as required

I am confident that Patrick will be a valuable asset to SLUG in the coming year.
