Hi Gareth, What sort of data sets are you considering using? I'm curious as to what sort of patterns you think may become evident. One that would be really interesting is self-representation by gender, length and outcome (this would likely include such things as care/residency of children, property, assets etc). >From memory the previous Chief Justice of the Supreme Court once commented that self-represented parties had the poorest outcome even given similar circumstances. He was arguing for greater federal funding of legal services. Anyhoo, just curious as to what you're aiming to achieve or are interested in :) Regards, Patrick On 10 January 2011 12:00, <[email protected]> wrote: > Send activities mailing list submissions to > [email protected] > > To subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visit > http://lists.slug.org.au/listinfo/activities > or, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' to > [email protected] > > You can reach the person managing the list at > [email protected] > > When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific > than "Re: Contents of activities digest..." > > Today's Topics: > > 1.
