Okay smarty-pants I had a look at your suggestions :))

...of which I naturally agree with
everything...with some extra comments/quals.

1. We need to have a dedicated machine on which
everything is prepped OR some form of central
location to which everything is sent and stored.

Most conferences have a tech assist person who
take the material, preps it on an existing machine
and then the person merely commences at the time
allocated.

My thinking:

A1. Tell people they must be there at X time so we
can do it before the meeting officially starts.

AND/OR

A2. Tell people with slide show thingos that they
must have them stored online so we can access them
using a browser (eg. google docs type thingos) and
this has to be tested before the meeting starts.

A3. Other suggestions

B1. I think we can have this running at the
beginning for those who are present too.

B2. I'm happy to make one. I think we should have
some music too...seriously. Nothing raucous, just
gentle stuff. There are a few sites with great
copyleft/CC not for profit music which I really like.

We need a timekeeper. In parliament, before the

C1. What is the official finish time? - just
looked at your last bit.

C2. This will dictate how many speakers we'll
have. - just looked at your last bit

C3. I agree with requesting an extension - who
approves?

C4. We need a time keeper. Who will be time keeper?

I don't think it should be Tim as he's run off his
feet the whole meeting (primarily because he's the
only monkey that Google allows to touch their VERY
expensive equipment. This monkey would love to do
it :)))

Maybe we can ask for a volunteer at each meeting?

C5. We need to bring back the big timer .

C6. The time keeper needs to give a 60 seconds
warning before the end.

Oh, I hate you some times.

I keep thinking I need to get better at things and
then I realise there are too many things I need to
get better at.

I really like it...with the following qualifications.

C7. There needs to be time in between the
finish/start times. Even if it's 60-120 seconds.
Nothing goes to clockwork so we need to have some
flexible time to account for that.

C8. How would that be created in you time sheet? I
think we should have your time sheet on the site
for those entering the speakers. I really like it.

I'm starving so I have to have lunch now.

Tim will be able to answer this better. I agree it
would be a good idea.
