Is it just me, or is ten minutes way too long for a lightning talk?

For a talk that’s often made up on the fly, that gives a lot of leeway
to those that drag on and on and on (ZZZzzz). Give them some incentive
to cut it short and spit it out.

That said, I’d take ten minutes over many two hour presentations any day.
