I'm going to get a permanent Chrome book installed in the podium. This means
that anyone who only needs a webpage, can use it to present. You can't put a
USB in it however - so your presentation will have to already be online.

Yes, it also needs to include mentions of the Orion VM who are sponsoring
the encoding software. Probably good if it had short highlights from
previous events too...

c) a rundown/schedule may be useful.

The old schedule looked like the following;

6:30 - 30 minutes intro/announce/getting settled
7:00 - 45 minute, 1st talk
7:45 - 15 minute break
8:00 - 45 minute, 2nd talk
8:45 - 15 minute wrap-up
9:00 - 30 minutes to eat Pizza
9:30 - Kicked out to the pub

The new schedule looks like the following;

6:30 - 30 minutes intro/announce/getting settled
7:00 - 30 minutes, 1st round of lightning talks
7:30 - 15 minute break
7:45 - 30 minutes, 2nd round of lightning talks
8:15 - 15 minutes wrap up
8:30 - Kicked out to the pub

At 10 minutes a talk, you get 6 talks a night.

The program chair, who I think should be Patrick :)

I can add a lightning talk timer to the IRC/Twitter page. Let me do a quick
mock-up.

The lightning timer goes red just before the end.

I'm thinking that this could be something that integrates with the suggested
Lightning talk suggestion thing. James?
