After several months selling only to USA residents, there are 34 desktop models in stock at http://uk.rs-online.com/web/c/semiconductors/semiconductor-development-kits/processor-microcontroller-development-kits/?searchTerm=parallella&h=s also 62 embedded systems (a bit fancier)

I don't know whether they are they newer model which does not require active cooling.
