Java 1.4, Java 5, or Java 6?

Curious, what is everyone using?

Me:
Home projects: Java 1.5

Major telco in Cary: Java 1.4.2_08
Railroad company in Cary: Java 1.4.2 (I think that's what I remember).

I noticed tools like Eclipse and FireFox are not yet Java 6 friendly and
really wonder if Java 5 is even being adopted.
