Grant is correct.  It's all about content.  That said, it is good to
structure your pages so that they search well. But you don't need an
SEO expert for that - just read the good resources that are out there.

My partner is excellent at SEO. He's tried all the tricks but we always
come back to the same thing - good content presented well.
